Conflict Minerals
BACYOM is committed to practicing a responsible supply chain and contributing to the reduction of social, environmental, and safety risks within the supply chain. We pledge not to procure conflict minerals or their derivatives and require our suppliers to join us in these efforts to ensure a more robust responsible supply chain. To ensure our products are free of conflict minerals, our primary policies are as follows:
| raw material | If product materials contain minerals such as Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au), Cobalt (Co), and Mica, a conflict minerals due diligence must be conducted, and the sources of these minerals must be fully disclosed. |
| supplier | We require suppliers to cooperate by completing the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (please download the latest version from the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) website) and providing relevant proof of origin. Suppliers must communicate this policy to their upstream suppliers and supply chains, requiring them to comply as well. |
| Reject illegal mining | We strive for zero conflict minerals and refuse to accept products containing Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, Gold, Cobalt, or Mica sourced from illegal mining areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its neighboring countries. |
